If
more than one person in your household has a Schwab account, each of
you must request Internet access, and be available at the time of the
phone call. If the account is a business, organization or trust account,
the caller must be someone authorized to access the account. Have your
Schwab account number(s), personal and/or business federal identification
number(s), etc. available when you make the call.
Call
Schwab Alliance at 1-800-515-2157. Choose Menu Item #2 to speak to a
representative. Tell the representative that you want to set up your
account(s) for Internet access. Upon approval, you will be given a temporary
password. You can now go online to www.schwab.com. Click on the "Log
in" button. The first time that you log in you will be asked to
establish a permanent log in name or number, permanent password, etc.
You will now have access to your account.
Please
note: Online access must be set up by the account holder - we can
not do this for you. If you need further help, or have any questions,
please call Gary Levin at 856-797-8082 (extension 225) or Kevin O'Conlon
(extension 227).
